Our client is in need of a seasoned SLA Account Manager to join their team. The successful candidate should possess a minimum of 2 years’ experience in HVAC, strong technical know-how, and impressive communication and customer service skills. Essential qualifications include a Grade 12 diploma, a valid driver’s license, and access to a personal vehicle. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook is required, while experience with Pastel and Office 365 is considered a plus. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, driven by targets, and enthusiastic about providing outstanding service.

Requirements: - Grade 12 qualification is mandatory; a higher education degree would be advantageous. - Proven HVAC experience with at least 2 years in the field is essential. - Must hold a valid driver’s license and have access to a reliable personal vehicle. - Strong technical knowledge is required. - Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. - Knowledge of Pastel and Office 365 is beneficial. - Sales and target-oriented mindset. - Excellent verbal communication and customer empathy skills. - Strong customer liaison and service skills. - Exceptional organizational and planning abilities. - Strong problem-solving capabilities. - High attention to detail. - Methodical, thorough, and highly organized. - Proactive, energetic, and positive attitude.

Duties: - Oversee and manage a high volume of customer service level agreements (SLAs). - Schedule and coordinate technical teams to ensure efficient service delivery. - Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. - Develop and implement strategies to boost sales. - Manage and nurture strong client relationships. - Handle all client communications and generate service feedback reports. - Manage customer invoicing processes. - Conduct regular site visits to clients to ensure service excellence.

Hours: - Monday to Thursday: 07:30 – 17:00 - Fridays: 07:30 – 16:15
