Description
Requirements: Completion of Grade 12 and possession of a National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Finance or Public Administration is mandatory. A minimum of three years of relevant experience is required.
Knowledge, Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in understanding regulations pertinent to the Public Service and Property Management, including the PFMA, Treasury Regulations, BAS, LOGIS, Title Deeds, Deeds of Sale, and other related legal documents. Skills in computer literacy, communication, negotiation, financial management, and strong interpersonal relations. Ability to manage pressure and willingness to work extended hours.

• Oversee the payment of property rates and taxes. • Manage municipal services charges. • Implement stop orders for lease payments and cancel existing stop orders. • Handle billing for shared services and private tenants. • Conduct reconciliations for debtors. • Supervise administrative support services.
