CONTEXT

We are seeking an AI Enablement Specialist for a cognitive automation consultancy that excels in intelligent document processing, conversational AI and agentic AI. The ideal candidate will join our Operations & Administration team to guide management and staff in leveraging approved AI tools efficiently during their daily tasks. This position emphasizes practical enablement and coaching, without diving into agent development or creation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

O&A Management

• Identify and prioritize potential AI applications. • Utilize AI for analysis, reporting, decision support and communication. • Monitor adoption, benefits, risks and dependencies.

O&A Staff Using Copilot Chat

• Cultivate foundational skills in prompting. • Leverage Copilot Chat for research, drafting, summarization, problem-solving and prompt development. • Understand data, privacy and responsible-use limitations.

O&A Staff with Microsoft 365 Copilot License:

• Implement Copilot within Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams. • Address practical O&A scenarios with approved business information. • Develop reusable prompts, templates and working practices.

Users of Existing AI Solutions

• Provide coaching for staff using existing AI-enabled solutions. • Explain the capabilities, limitations and necessary human controls of each solution. • Gather feedback, identify adoption barriers and enhance effective use. • Forward technical defects or enhancement requests to the relevant solution owner.

Key Duties

• Deliver one-on-one coaching, small-group sessions and practical AI workshops. • Explore identified AI opportunities and analyze current procedures to identify new possibilities. • Convert operational problems into safe, prompt-led working processes. • Assist staff in developing, testing and refining reusable prompts. • Support document comparison, reporting, summarization, data analysis, exception identification and meeting preparation. • Reinforce verification, privacy, information security and human-review requirements. • Create reusable prompt templates, quick guides and worked examples. • Track participation, completed use cases, time saved and lessons learned. • Direct needs requiring integrations, production automation or new solutions to the appropriate AI or IT teams.

EXCLUSIONS

• This role does not involve building Copilot Studio agents, bots or production applications, implementing integrations or making autonomous operational, regulatory or employee decisions.

REQUIREMENTS

• Extensive practical experience with Copilot Chat and Microsoft 365 Copilot. • Proven track record in enabling users of deployed AI solutions. • Excellent coaching, facilitation and change-adoption skills. • Ability to transform operational problems into practical AI-assisted processes. • Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams. • Sound understanding of responsible AI, privacy and information security. • Experience in financial services or regulated operations is beneficial.
