Job Purpose
To guide and support clients in applying for credit loans, ensuring that all loan applications comply with regulatory and policy standards for credit granting.
Key Accountable Responsibilities
Achieve monthly loan application sales targets by promoting credit loans and assisting customers. Meet monthly collections targets by adhering to company procedures for collections and following up on customer loan installments. Maintain accurate records and uphold branch housekeeping standards in an orderly and timely manner. Deliver a professional and friendly service to all internal and external customers.
Competency and Qualification Requirements
Minimum: Grade 12 Certificate/Diploma in Micro Lending Frontline Service (NQF L3) 2 years’ experience in the microfinance industry Mathematical Literacy
