Job Purpose: To facilitate, support, and empower clients in applying for credit loans, ensuring that these applications comply with all relevant regulatory and policy requirements for credit granting.
Key Accountable Responsibilities: - Achieve monthly loan application sales targets through the promotion of credit loans and customer assistance. - Meet monthly collections targets by implementing company procedures and instructions for loan installment collections, and ensuring timely follow-ups. - Maintain accurate records and uphold branch housekeeping standards, ensuring a tidy and orderly environment. - Provide professional and friendly service to all internal and external customers consistently.
Competency and Qualification Requirements: - Minimum: Grade 12 - Certificate/Diploma in Micro Lending Frontline Service (NQF L3) - 2 years’ experience in the microfinance industry - Mathematical Literacy
