Key requirements include a Grade 12 certificate, a Trade Test certificate, 3 years of experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work overtime and on standby. Proficiency in technical analysis, computer literacy, and strong problem-solving skills are essential.

Requirements

Hold a Grade 12 certificate along with a Trade Test certificate, and bring at least 3 years of experience as an Artisan. A valid driver’s license is mandatory. Candidates should also be prepared and willing to work overtime and be on standby.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee and create designs that meet client specifications and align with production capabilities. - Produce objects using specified materials and equipment that adhere to recognized standards. - Conduct inspections of equipment and facilities to identify and rectify technical faults. - Repair equipment and facilities according to established standards. - Ensure quality assurance, servicing, and maintenance of equipment and/or facilities. - Adhere to safety standards, requirements, and regulations. - Supervise and mentor Artisans.
