Status Staffing is currently seeking a committed Quality Controller to join a prominent client's team in Parow, Cape Town. The ideal candidate must possess a meticulous attention to detail, a focus on quality, and the ability to perform under pressure. Candidates are required to have a Matric certificate and be proficient in MS Office. Excellent communication skills and the capability to meet stringent deadlines are essential. Reliable personal transportation is mandatory. Prior experience in Quality Control or within the furniture manufacturing sector is a significant asset.

DUTIES: Inspect furniture items during various production stages and before shipment Identify defects, inconsistencies, or deviations from specifications Ensure materials and workmanship meet both company and client quality standards Record, report, and follow up on quality issues with the production team Assist in implementing and maintaining quality control procedures Support continuous improvement initiatives within the production process
HOURS: Monday to Thursday: 7:45 - 17:00 Friday: 07:45 – 14:45
