Job Overview Dis-Chem Pharmacies Limited seeks a dedicated Health Merchandiser for their recently established store in Randview Randfontein. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the company's basic merchandising standards are consistently upheld and adhered to. Providing exceptional customer service is a key aspect of the role.

Minimum Requirements Essential: - Minimum Grade 12 (Matric) qualification - Up to 6 months of retail experience - Proficient in computer use, specifically MS Office - Willingness to work retail hours Advantageous: - Diploma or degree in Health Focus area - Minimum 1 year of retail experience

Job Responsibilities Key Duties Include: - Restocking merchandise in accordance with business requirements - Ensuring proper storage and packaging of delivered stock - Maintaining full product range availability on shelves at all times - Implementing a First In First Out stock rotation system - Assisting with general stocktaking procedures - Presenting and maintaining front shop shelves and products with correct labels and pricing - Building, facing up, stocking, and maintaining merchandising displays - Performing daily store and merchandise display upkeep in the store room and on the shop floor - Assisting with back shopping tasks - Responding to customer stock queries and resolving issues - Analyzing ZMORE reports for ordering and stock taking purposes - Reporting any bad or suspicious behavior involving staff or customers - Utilizing SAP and Unisolv systems as required

Special Conditions The successful candidate must be willing and able to work retail hours, be physically fit to lift and move heavy boxes, and adhere to health and safety standards. A reliable mode of transport or residence in close proximity to the store is required. Applicants must be South African citizens with a clear credit and criminal record.
