Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Branch Marketer to join our retail team. The successful candidate will drive sales growth, foster strong customer relationships, and promote the organization's products in accordance with established sales targets. Responsibilities include actively promoting merchandise, identifying business opportunities, and managing stock levels to ensure product availability and exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities - Assist with daily supervision of branch operations, ensuring smooth workflow and compliance with company policies - Support the Branch Manager in monitoring sales, expenses, and budgets - Market and sell agricultural commodities/products including hardware, irrigation, animal health, PPE, and automotive - Provide high-quality customer service to walk-in customers, and via telephone and email - Manage stock levels by handling ordering, merchandising, and stock control - Deliver excellent customer service, resolving queries and maintaining strong relationships - Ensure compliance with safety and legislative requirements - Drive marketing initiatives and promotions to enhance branch performance

Qualifications and Skills - Matric/NQF4 - Relevant tertiary qualification is advantageous - 2-3 years' experience in agricultural retail - Experience in irrigation systems, hardware, and construction industry, customer service, and preparing quotations from building and construction plans - Code 08 drivers' license - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Willingness to learn, grow, and occasionally work after hours - Excellent communication and teamwork skills - Proactive problem-solver with a customer-first approach - Sales-driven mindset
