Are you a dynamic, strategic thinker with a passion for building brands that inspire? Old Khaki is looking for a Brand Lead to join our Marketing team and help shape the future of one of South Africa’s most loved fashion brands. This role will give you the opportunity to co-create, implement and execute customer-focused campaigns that enhance the Old Khaki customer experience across all touchpoints. What You’ll DoProject manage and execute marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless delivery against timelines and objectives. Lead production management to deliver high-quality creative outputs aligned with the brand’s vision. Drive brand consistency from web to window in line with corporate identity (CI). Conduct post-campaign analysis to measure success and inform future strategies. Partner with internal teams and external agencies to deliver innovative, customer-centric solutions. What You’ll BringQualifications:Grade 12 and a relevant tertiary qualification (Diploma/Degree) in Marketing. Experience & Knowledge:Minimum 3 years in a senior marketing role (retail experience is a plus). Strong ATL campaign management, budget management, and production management experience. Proven track record in leading and project-managing teams. Skills:Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Excellent organisational, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong numerical and analytical ability. Attributes:Strategic, energetic and proactive mindset. Passionate about customers and creating exceptional brand experiences.
