We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Gift Wrapper to join our team at Carnival Mall in Dis-Chem Pharmacies. As a Gift Wrapper, you will play a vital role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers by beautifully wrapping and decorating their purchases.
**Minimum Requirements:**
To be considered for this position, you must possess a minimum of a Grade 12 / Matric or Senior Certificate.
**Job Description:**
**Gift Wrapping Responsibilities:**
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting the perfect wrapping materials for their purchases. You will then expertly wrap each package in a professional manner, adhering to our specified guidelines. Additionally, you will ensure that price tags are removed from packaged products and gift receipts are included in the wrapping. You will also be responsible for organizing and storing wrapped packages in the designated gift wrap holding area, as assigned. From time to time, you may be asked to perform other duties as required by management.
**Customer Service Expectations:**
As a Gift Wrapper, you will be the face of our company, and it is essential that you provide exceptional customer service. This includes greeting customers warmly, determining their needs and wants, and resolving any queries or concerns in a timely and professional manner. You must also wear the correct uniform and name badge at all times. If you witness any suspicious behavior, whether from staff or customers, please report it to management promptly.

**Special Conditions of Employment:**
To be eligible for this position, you must meet the following requirements:

**Remuneration and Benefits:**
