**Collaborative Design Process**
Upon returning to the office, you will work closely with the design team, sharing your findings and expertise to inform informed decisions. Your understanding of MEP systems will enable you to create layouts that not only meet design requirements but also cater to the specific needs of a restaurant fit-out. This collaborative approach ensures that our designs are grounded in reality and meet the needs of our clients.
**Key Requirements and Responsibilities**
To excel in this role, you will need to possess:
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, with extensive hands-on experience using it as your primary design tool. * A relevant diploma or degree in Architectural Drafting, Architecture, or a related field. * Proven experience in taking site measurements, levels, and layout information. * Skilled in turning physical site data into accurate digital models. * A valid driver's license, as frequent travel is required, both locally and nationally. * A background in surveying or site measurement (desirable). * A basic understanding of MEP systems, particularly as they relate to restaurant fit-outs (advantageous).
