Job Description The Data Capturer will be responsible for capturing and maintaining SMC data within the Digital SMC (DSMC) system. This role involves verifying and reconciling data between the DSMC and Excel SMC systems to ensure accuracy and alignment. The Data Capturer will engage with Production Managers to obtain, validate, and update operational data. Identifying, tracking, and escalating data variances for resolution is a key responsibility. Preparing and maintaining DSMC reports, including forecasting and actual GP% reporting, will be required. Ensuring data integrity and accuracy throughout the implementation period is crucial. The Data Capturer will assist with the migration and transition from Excel-based SMCs to the DSMC platform. Providing administrative and data management support to the DSMC implementation team is essential. The role includes maintaining accurate records and supporting stakeholders with data-related queries. Additional duties may be assigned as necessary to support the successful implementation of the project. The fixed-term contract duration is 3 months.
