Greenhouse Creative Brand Studio seeks an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to join their team in Simondium (Paarl). The successful candidate will bring strategic thinking, hands-on skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple brands and stakeholder relationships. Responsibilities encompass:

• Leading and managing the B2B and B2C marketing teams across various companies and consumer brands - Planning and executing integrated 360° marketing campaigns and budgets in collaboration with the team - Managing brand marketing activities in South Africa and other African countries - Overseeing social media strategy and implementation across the brand portfolio - Cultivating and maintaining client relationships - Monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and marketing developments - Evaluating and reporting on campaign performance - Undertaking other role-related tasks

Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Experience - Tertiary qualification in Marketing or Brand Management - 5-8 years of management experience, including direct people management - Ability to manage both B2B and B2C marketing campaigns, with agricultural industry experience advantageous - Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint - Strong command of Canva - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Afrikaans and English - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
