Mechanic Position We are seeking a skilled Mechanic to join our CASE Agency team, specializing in the maintenance, servicing, repair, and inspection of agricultural machinery and equipment. As a CASE Agency, the primary focus will be on CASE agricultural machinery and equipment, ensuring adherence to manufacturer and VKB standards. This role necessitates strong technical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a customer-oriented approach for both workshop and field service operations.

Qualifications - Grade 12 / NQF 4 - Completed N2 — Tractor Mechanic - 3–5 years' experience as a mechanic - Proficiency in mechanical systems, hydraulics, and basic electrical systems - Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude - Clean criminal record - Commitment to teamwork

Responsibilities 1. Prepare accurate quotations based on customer requirements. 2. Service, repair, and overhaul agricultural equipment, including tractors and implements. 3. Ensure all service-related paperwork complies with VKB's policies and procedures. 4. Adhere to all Health & Safety regulations. 5. Foster long-term relationships with customers and suppliers. 6. Complete guarantee claims and relevant claim information. 7. Mentor colleagues and embody VKB's core values. 8. Support cross-marketing efforts for VKB products and promotions. 9. Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and clients. 10. Manage daily ad hoc tasks with professionalism and enthusiasm.
