Minimum requirementsMatric Relevant qualification in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Finance, Operations Management or a related field will be advantageous Previous experience within the hospitality, resort, finance, commercial administration or operations environment Experience with reporting, data capturing, and document control Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Valid driver's license with willingness to travel nationally
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide commercial and administrative support across multiple hospitality and resort entities Analyse commercial performance, financial results and operational trends Manage stock control, stock takes, cost of sales and investigate variances Conduct commercial audits and compliance reviews Travel to various resort locations to provide operational support, audits and training
