Salary Range: R338 106 – 486 501 per annum
Qualifications: A recognised National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is mandatory. Must hold a valid registration with the South African Nursing Council. Two (2) years of experience in nursing and possession of a valid South African driver’s licence is beneficial. A valid South African Nursing Council (SANC) receipt is required. A certified copy of a South African identity document is essential.
Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive and patient-centred nursing care that adheres to the scope of practice and legal framework. Uphold professional and ethical standards and create a supportive working environment. Foster positive collaborations with fellow nurses and other stakeholders, such as clinics and partners. Engage in management processes and efficiently manage material, financial, and human resources to meet operational and developmental goals as per regulations and policies. Conduct training sessions for students and staff, ensuring compliance with patient rights. Prepare and submit detailed reports for management review.
