JOB SUMMARY The Quality Governance Lead will be responsible for the creation, implementation, and upkeep of comprehensive quality governance frameworks, quality management systems, compliance standards, and continuous improvement strategies across the Clinix Health Group. This role will focus on driving quality excellence, regulatory compliance, audit management, root cause analysis, risk management, and quality performance reporting to deliver safe, effective, and patient-centred healthcare services.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in a healthcare-related field, Quality Management, or a related discipline.

Advantageous Qualifications - Postgraduate Degree or Certification in Quality Management, Healthcare Management, or a related field. - ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Certification or similar.

Minimum Experience - 3 - 5 years' experience in Quality Management or Governance. - 5 years' experience within a healthcare-related environment. - 2 or more years' experience in a SHEQ environment. - 3 - 5 years' managerial experience.

Technical Skills - Quality Management Systems and Governance Frameworks - ISO Standards and Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 7101) - Risk Management and Compliance - Audit Management and Quality Assurance - Root Cause Analysis methodologies - Data Analysis and Quality Performance Reporting - Leadership and Strategic Planning - Stakeholder Engagement and Change Management - Advanced Computer Literacy and MS Office proficiency.

DELIVERABLES

• Develop and maintain quality governance policies, procedures, and guidelines. - Drive the implementation of quality governance frameworks across the Group. - Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve quality governance initiatives. - Develop and implement quality improvement methodologies that promote quality excellence. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and organizational policies. - Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems aligned with ISO 9001/7101 and OHSC requirements. - Deliver quality governance awareness and training programs. - Coordinate and conduct audits and quality reviews to ensure compliance. - Analyze audit findings and drive corrective action implementation. - Develop and monitor risk-based audit tools and quality assurance processes. - Lead and support root cause analysis investigations relating to quality incidents and sentinel events. - Collaborate with stakeholders to implement and track corrective actions. - Work closely with the Data Analytics Manager to leverage insights that inform quality improvement initiatives. - Develop dashboards, metrics, and reports to track quality performance. - Build and maintain productive relationships with divisional leaders, regulators, and quality teams. - Promote integration of quality management principles into daily operations. - Ensure timely and accurate reporting to senior leadership and governance committees. - Demonstrate exemplary leadership behavior aligned with Clinix values.
