The Role We are currently seeking a Parts Marketer to join our team in Prieska, Northern Cape. This position goes beyond conventional sales, focusing on forging lasting relationships with farmers, understanding their requirements, and ensuring they have access to the necessary parts for optimal performance. Key Responsibilities 1. Drive sales of agricultural parts, accessories, and solutions to meet set targets (commission applicable). 2. Manage stock efficiently, ensuring availability, ordering based on demand, and sourcing scarce parts promptly. 3. Develop strong, trust-based relationships with farmers and clients. 4. Stay current with agricultural technologies and equipment to enhance customer service. 5. Handle point-of-sale activities, including cash and card transactions. 6. Maintain stock and display cleanliness and organization. 7. Commit to continuous training and professional development.

Requirements - Grade 12 / NQF 4 with Mathematics - Proven sales and marketing experience in parts (essential) - Knowledge and passion for agriculture - Ability to thrive under pressure - Excellent customer service orientation - Proficiency in computer literacy (Microsoft Office) - Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills
