Our client is seeking an experienced Unit Manager to lead a busy Emergency Department in Klerksdorp. This opportunity is ideal for a clinically skilled nursing professional with strong leadership capabilities and a passion for delivering exceptional emergency care while driving operational excellence within a dynamic private healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities: ·        Lead and manage the daily operations of the Emergency Department ·        Ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality emergency nursing care ·        Supervise, mentor, and develop the nursing team to achieve clinical excellence ·        Coordinate patient flow and promote effective multidisciplinary collaboration ·        Ensure compliance with clinical governance, infection prevention, and quality standards ·        Manage staffing, resources, and stock to support efficient department operations ·        Drive continuous quality improvement and patient safety initiatives   Minimum Requirements: ·        Degree or Diploma in Nursing with Midwifery ·        Postgraduate Qualification in Trauma Nursing with current SANC registration in the specialty ·        Current registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) ·        Relevant nursing experience to meet the critical outputs of the role ·        Proven leadership and people management skills will be advantageous ·        Basic understanding of labour legislation, financial management, and supply chain management principles ·        Understanding of the private healthcare industry and its role players will be advantageous ·        Computer proficiency ·        Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel   Submit your CV to [Email hidden - Login to reveal] or call XXX-XXXX.
