We are seeking a Vehicles Sales Trainee for a 6-month fixed-term contract based in Gauteng. This role focuses on developing sales skills and product knowledge within the automotive sector, where you will gain hands-on experience in vehicle sales and customer engagement while working alongside seasoned sales professionals.

• Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and provide tailored recommendations.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to highlight vehicle features and benefits.
• Assist in the preparation and presentation of sales proposals to potential clients.
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of product specifications, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
• Collaborate with colleagues in managing the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
• Handle customer inquiries and follow up on leads to ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance automotive knowledge and sales techniques.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

• A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with customers.
• Demonstrable interest in the automotive industry and vehicle sales.
• Proficiency in using computer applications and sales management software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• A passion for providing excellent customer service and building relationships.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is an advantage.
• Relevant qualifications or training in sales, marketing, or automotive fields are a plus.
• Familiarity with automotive products and market trends will be beneficial.
