Job Description

An Assistant Manager will step in to support the Store Manager in their absence and help uphold the company’s standards in areas such as housekeeping, merchandising, shrinkage control, discipline, and security.

Responsibilities

• Bank money - Assist in relieving the store manager - Ensure adherence to company standards of housekeeping, merchandising, shrinkage control, discipline, and security - Ensure compliance with all company procedures - Help manage staff under the store manager - Implement front-end controls - Oversee the cash office - Minimize stock losses - Enhance customer service - Introduce sales initiatives to meet store targets

Qualifications
