In this customer-centric role, you will serve as the initial point of contact, offering expert guidance and support to customers in finding the most suitable products for their requirements. This position calls for proficiency in both sales techniques and technical expertise to engage with clients and promote our extensive array of tools and machinery solutions. Preference will be given to applicants with prior experience in Automotive, Engineering, Tools and Machinery, and Hardware sectors. Experience in Retail Branch Procedures is an added advantage. Technical knowledge in the DIY or Hardware field would be highly beneficial. The ideal candidate should be a confident, reliable, and honest individual capable of working collaboratively within a team.

Requirements
- Matric or equivalent qualification. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with a friendly and approachable demeanor. - Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory counts. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. - Demonstrable experience with inventory management and stock control processes. - Some experience in staff supervision.
