Our banking sector client is looking for a skilled AI Developer to create, implement, test, and deploy AI-based solutions using Microsoft's AI technology suite. The ideal candidate will collaborate within a multidisciplinary Agile team to provide secure, scalable, and production-ready solutions utilizing Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, and other Microsoft technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy AI agents and AI-powered solutions. - Develop solutions leveraging Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, and Microsoft AI services. - Set up prompts, workflows, orchestration logic, connectors, and integrations. - Translate business needs into technical solutions. - Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, and data sources. - Support proofs of concept, pilots, production deployments, releases, and performance optimization. - Create reusable components and maintain technical documentation. - Participate in testing, debugging, code reviews, and defect resolution. - Ensure solutions adhere to security, scalability, maintainability, and engineering standards. - Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, developers, testers, and product owners. - Engage in Agile ceremonies and contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Technical Skills and Experience

Essential: - Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Services, and Azure OpenAI. - Understanding of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs). - Experience in building, configuring, and deploying AI agents. - API integration experience, including authentication and security principles. - Experience in testing, debugging, and supporting AI-powered solutions.

Advantageous: - Experience with Power Platform, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Microsoft Graph, custom connectors, or Microsoft Fabric. - Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD practices. - Programming experience in Python, JavaScript, C#, Java, or a related language.

Minimum Requirements: - 2–5 years of software development experience. - Proven experience delivering solutions in an enterprise environment. - Practical experience with Microsoft AI technologies. - Experience building and deploying AI or automation use cases. - A degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.
