Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and direct all finishing operations on multi-storey projects. - Coordinate activities between subcontractors, tradespeople, and site teams. - Guarantee the quality of workmanship and adherence to project specifications. - Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of finishing tasks. - Perform snagging inspections and manage the resolution of any defects. - Uphold health, safety, cleanliness, and discipline on the site. - Collaborate with site management, consultants, and subcontractors to address technical concerns. - Ensure projects meet deadlines and quality standards.
Minimum Requirements: - Demonstrated experience as a Finishing Foreman or Senior Finishing Foreman. - Extensive background in multi-storey building projects. - Proficient knowledge of finishing trades, including plastering, ceilings, tiling, painting, flooring, and final installations. - Expertise in managing subcontractors and coordinating finishing schedules. - Strong quality-control, problem-solving, and leadership skills. - A commitment to delivering superior workmanship and meeting deadlines.
