Requirements
• Grade 12 (Matric) • A valid Pest Control Specialist (PCS) Certificate • A current driver’s license • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in pest control • Proficiency in following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and compliance with industry regulations • Prior experience in food manufacturing, HACCP-controlled settings, or integrated pest management (IPM) environments is beneficial
Responsibilities
• Provide superior pest control services in accordance with company standards and client specifications • Complete all scheduled service visits, reports, and service documentation accurately and promptly • Maintain precise records in the Pest Management System and update IPM files post each service • Identify, document, and report pest activity, proofing needs, housekeeping issues, and damaged or missing pest control equipment • Secure client sign-off upon service completion • Supervise, mentor, and support Pest Control Assistants and Interns as per SOPs and industry standards • Foster and uphold safe working practices and compliance with health and safety regulations • Ensure the proper maintenance and care of company vehicles, tools, and equipment • Report equipment defects, maintenance needs, and vehicle repairs without delay • Cultivate and nurture professional client relationships while ensuring exceptional customer service • Execute any other reasonable duties as required in the role
