**Reports To:** KZN Regional Fundraising Manager

**Salary:** Competitive basic salary with performance-based incentives

**DUTIES:**

• Attract and secure new sponsorships and donations in line with set targets - Conduct research to identify potential funders and funding opportunities - Establish and nurture relationships via face-to-face engagements, networking events, and cold calling - Prepare and submit a specified number of fundraising proposals monthly - Manage and maintain an allocated donor portfolio - Ensure compliance with donor requirements and reporting obligations - Collaborate with project teams to determine funding needs and develop compelling proposals - Maintain precise donor records and track fundraising activities on the database - Achieve agreed-upon fundraising targets

**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:**

• Grade 12/Matric - A Fundraising or Sales & Marketing Certificate is advantageous - Valid driver's license required - Proven experience in sales or fundraising - Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in Sales and/or Fundraising
