This dual role combines design expertise with managerial duties, focusing on delivering personalized design consultations, fostering strong client relationships, driving sales, and overseeing showroom operations.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead the sales team to meet and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators. - Offer customized interior design advice to clients, architects, and interior designers. - Cultivate lasting customer relationships and close high-value sales. - Manage daily showroom operations, encompassing stock control, point-of-sale systems, and inventory audits. - Uphold impeccable visual merchandising standards and coordinate seasonal showroom transformations. - Recruit, train, and inspire sales consultants to provide exceptional customer service.
