Our esteemed client, a thriving boutique retreat and conference centre nestled on a picturesque wine farm, is seeking an exceptional Operations Supervisor to lead their operations at both the lodge and conference centre. This position is ideal for a dynamic, guest-centric professional aiming to contribute to the growth of an expanding professional team. Due to the nature of the role, the successful candidate will reside within the Stellenbosch/Paarl region.
KEY REQUIREMENTS TO MEET FOR CONSIDERATION
- Minimum of 3 years experience in guest relations, lodge/conference centre operations, booking systems, quotations, and management of the housekeeping crew. - Proven experience in maintaining facilities and gardens, ensuring high-quality conference center services, and managing guest requests effectively. - Excellent collaborative skills, able to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams in kitchens, maintenance, and operations management. - Strong attention to detail, exceptional multi-tasking abilities, and knowledge of supplier management, budgeting, health and safety, and staff leadership. - Valid driverās license, own vehicle, and a clear criminal and credit record.
