Position: PLANT OPERATOR in CRUSH PLANT
Location: Jhb South (Nasrec area), Gauteng
Industry: FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods)
**Essential Requirements:**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Solvent and/or Prep Plant operations within the FMCG industry - mandatory * Matric certificate * Proficient in working with Expeller, Decanter & Filters * Clean criminal record (verification required) * Medically fit * Availability to work overtime, public holidays, and weekends when necessary
**Duties:**
- Monitor gauges, dials, and computer screens to oversee system performance * Operate and adjust equipment settings including pumps, valves, and turbines * Identify and resolve minor machine malfunctions * Perform routine checks and clean machinery parts * Document daily work data, logs, and safety reports * Adhere to stringent health and safety protocols
