**Position Purpose and Expectation**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Regional Manager to lead our Cape Town region to achieve outstanding sales growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences in all stores. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving the region's performance, developing high-performing teams, and upholding our brand's values and standards.

**Key Responsibilities**

Your primary focus will be on ensuring the successful execution of our business objectives across the Cape Town region. To achieve this, you will:

• Conduct regular store visits to evaluate store performance, utilizing available reports to identify areas for improvement and set clear objectives aligned with Lovisa directives and benchmarks. * Foster open and consistent communication with your team through regular morning calls, written action plans, LOLA notices, and one-on-one meetings, with a focus on coaching and development. * Recruit and develop a passionate and customer-focused team, creating a succession plan that aligns with our company's growth aspirations. * Optimize store operations by implementing effective rostering strategies to ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time, minimizing unnecessary costs. * Implement and enforce our security manual and loss prevention best practices to reduce internal and external shrinkage, working closely with store managers and teams to ensure adherence to our protocols.

**Requirements for Success**

To excel in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a management position within a retail or customer-focused industry, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. * The ability to effectively manage multiple sites, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic business environment. * A deep understanding of customer experience and a commitment to continually improving it to drive results. * Flexibility to travel interstate or internationally as needed, with a valid driver's license and own transportation. * A willingness to be based in Cape Town, South Africa, and lead our regional operations from this location.
