Key Responsibilities
- Conduct diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on customer vehicles in line with manufacturer standards. - Identify and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults accurately. - Perform routine vehicle servicing, inspections, and maintenance. - Execute warranty repairs according to manufacturer requirements. - Suggest appropriate repair solutions and additional maintenance needs. - Complete all repair orders, job cards, and related documentation accurately and promptly. - Conduct quality checks to ensure repairs meet dealership and manufacturer standards. - Maintain workshop equipment, tools, and work areas in a safe and orderly condition. - Support Service Advisors with technical explanations and repair recommendations when needed. - Communicate effectively with workshop management regarding vehicle status and repair progress. - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and dealership procedures. - Participate in technical training to stay current with new vehicle technologies and systems. - Help achieve workshop productivity and efficiency targets.

Minimum Requirements
- Qualified Automotive Technician with a recognized trade qualification. - Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience as an Automotive Technician. - Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills. - Experience working with modern vehicle electrical and electronic systems. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Excellent attention to detail and quality workmanship. - Strong communication and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced workshop environment. - Valid driver's license. - Clear criminal record.
