Our client, a reputable Paarl-based enterprise involved in both retail and contract packaging, is seeking a Technical Maintenance & Production Operations Supervisor. This role is for a dynamic, hands-on individual to supervise and maintain form-fill-seal (FFS) machinery operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Supervise and oversee the daily operation and maintenance of form-fill-seal (FFS) machinery. - Perform routine maintenance and carry out necessary repairs. - Troubleshoot any mechanical or operational issues to reduce production downtime. - Manage and coordinate the daily workflow and supervise production staff, ensuring overall capacity is maintained. - Monitor production output and help meet production targets. - Ensure product quality and adherence to production standards. - Assist with general factory and packaging operations as needed.
REQUIREMENTS - Proven experience operating form-fill-seal (FFS) machines. - Strong mechanical and technical expertise. - Experience in a production or packaging environment. - Previous supervisory experience and workflow management. - A practical, reliable, and hands-on approach. - Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. - Residing in Paarl or nearby areas.
