The ideal candidate will excel in making numerous outbound calls, engaging with property owners, and converting initial interest into confirmed appointments. The role offers a monthly salary of R6 000 plus commission.
Minimum Requirements: - Grade 12 / Matric - Minimum three years of experience in telesales, outbound sales, lead generation, or appointment setting - Demonstrated ability in generating leads and securing appointments - Strong telephone communication skills - Confident, persuasive, and professional telephone manner - Excellent objection-handling and negotiation skills - Target-driven and motivated by commission - Strong follow-up and administrative skills - Computer literate - Familiarity with CRM systems or lead databases - Property or real-estate experience is advantageous
