Our client has an exciting opportunity for a skilled Test Automation Manager to take ownership of software quality while leading a dedicated QA function. The successful candidate will combine technical expertise in automation testing with proven leadership experience to ensure the delivery of reliable, high-quality products that support business growth.   Responsibilities Manage and develop a team of QA specialists. Establish and enhance automation testing frameworks and processes. Ensure testing aligns with agreed quality standards and project objectives. Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver quality software on schedule. Identify product risks and implement effective mitigation strategies. Drive continuous improvement within the Quality Assurance function. Support agile delivery teams throughout the software development lifecycle.   Requirements BSc Information Science Degree. ISTQB Certification. At least 4 years of Quality Assurance experience. At least 4 years of people management experience. 4–6 years of hands-on test automation experience. Exposure to HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, or Finance systems is advantageous. Strong analytical thinking and excellent leadership abilities.   Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
