Our client is seeking an experienced Unit Manager to lead a high-performing Intensive Care Unit in Centurion. This opportunity is ideal for an ICU-trained nursing professional with proven leadership experience who is passionate about delivering exceptional critical care while driving operational excellence within a busy private healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities: ·        Lead and manage the daily operations of the Intensive Care Unit ·        Ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality critical care nursing services ·        Supervise, mentor, and develop the ICU nursing team ·        Coordinate staffing, patient flow, and resource allocation within the unit ·        Ensure compliance with clinical governance, infection prevention, and quality standards ·        Manage stock, equipment, and unit resources efficiently ·        Collaborate with doctors and the multidisciplinary team to optimise patient outcomes Minimum Requirements: ·        Current registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) ·        Degree or Diploma in Nursing ·        Post Basic Qualification in Critical Care Nursing (essential) ·        Management qualification will be preferred ·        Proven ICU experience ·        Previous Shift Leading experience within an ICU environment ·        Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills   Submit your CV to [Email hidden - Login to reveal] or call XXX-XXXX.
