Job Description

Gift Wrapping

• Aid customers in choosing suitable wrapping materials. - Package items professionally and in line with established guidelines. - Remove price tags from products and incorporate gift receipts into the wrapping. - Systematically organize and store the wrapped packages in the designated gift wrap holding area. - Carry out any additional tasks as requested.

Customer Service

• Deliver friendly, helpful, and courteous service to all customers. - Greet customers and ascertain their needs and preferences. - Address and resolve all customer inquiries within a reasonable timeframe. - Consistently wear the appropriate uniform and name badge. - Report any suspicious or inappropriate behavior from staff or customers to management.
