We are excited to announce an opportunity for a proficient Service Advisor in our Boksburg Branch to join our team!
Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced and technically adept Service Advisor to join our team at the Boksburg Branch. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary technical product specialist, bridging the gap between our clients and service technicians to ensure exceptional customer service.
Technical proficiency in Tools and Machinery is highly desirable
Comprehensive knowledge of Power Tools, Welding Machines, Compressors In-depth understanding of Small Machinery such as Petrol & Diesel Engines and Generators
Job Responsibilities
Collaborate with Repair Technicians to determine necessary repairs and alternative solutions Leverage product and service expertise to inform customers about available parts and service options Address inquiries regarding service outcomes, schedule maintenance, and book appointments Offer customers detailed information and advice on warranty protections and cost-saving measures Manage and oversee the workflow and scheduling of the Repairs division Contact customers to inform them of pick-up times Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
Required Skills
Technical expertise Ability to communicate effectively with customers at all levels Attention to detail Proficiency in reading and writing in English High motivation and strong customer liaison skills Knowledge of mechanical systems
Required Work Experience
Demonstrated experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar role Strong understanding of the repair and maintenance of tools and machinery Salary: Negotiable with benefits provided Working Hours: Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:00 and Saturday 08:00 – 13:00
