Employer: Credit Repair Australia
Join an established Australian company from the comfort of your home in South Africa! Credit Repair Australia is seeking friendly, confident, and reliable Customer Service Representatives to join our expanding remote team. You will communicate with Australian customers facing debt and credit issues, gather information, answer inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate team members. To apply, please submit BOTH your CV and a brief 30–60 second voice introduction. Follow the instructions below.
What You’ll Be Doing • Make and receive calls from Australian customers. • Ask screening questions and collect customer information. • Assist with customer enquiries, appointment bookings, and follow-ups. • Accurately update information in our CRM system. • Direct enquiries to the appropriate team or consultant. • Handle customer conversations professionally and empathetically. • Participate in remote meetings, training, and coaching.
What We’re Looking For • Experience working in international customer service or call centres, supporting overseas clients (such as Australian, UK, or US customers). • Excellent spoken and written English, with a friendly and professional phone manner. • Strong listening skills, attention to detail, and computer proficiency. • Confidence using CRM systems and following processes. • Respect for confidential customer information. • A reliable, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Experience in financial services, banking, insurance, debt solutions, or collections is advantageous, though not mandatory.

Remote workspace, equipment, and internet checks may be part of the recruitment process.
Working Hours – Please Read Carefully
This role supports Australian business hours, so you must be comfortable working overnight and early morning shifts in South Africa. • Rostered shifts may fall within approximately midnight to 1:00 pm South African time, depending on Australian daylight saving. This is an availability window, not a continuous shift. Shifts are generally for 9 hours each. • Availability for rostered Saturdays and Sundays is required. • This is a Full-time 45 hours per week rotating roster role. • Your specific shift hours and roster will be confirmed during recruitment. Please only apply if you can reliably work these hours.
Employment Arrangements
You will work remotely from South Africa, supporting Credit Repair Australia’s Australian operations. Employment, payroll, and local onboarding will be managed through our appointed South African employment partner. Salary is R272,000 (ZAR) per annum, paid monthly.
Recruitment Checks
Shortlisted applicants may be asked to complete identity and right-to-work verification, reference and employment checks, relevant background screening (including police or legally permitted role-relevant credit checks), and remote setup checks.
