Purpose of the Role To provide customers with cellular services and products in order to satisfy customer requirements and maximize the Business Units profitabilityKey OutputsMaximise the profitability of the Business Unit by achieving individual contracts targets. Promote contract products to customers in order to maximise the value and profitability of the Business UnitAction the contracts applications process in line with required processDeal with customers in a customer centric mannerEffective self-management and teamworkMinimum RequirementsMatric1 – 2 years working experience in the retail industryContracts Services product knowledgeRisk managementMS Office ProficiencyWritten and verbal communication skillsInterpersonal skillsSkills & KnowledgeManagement Information SystemsSAP Systems, Vodacom C3D, M2, MTN Ilula & OMS, Telkom CRM , AVS, PayJoy & VumatelCredit Services Sales AcumenIn-depth knowledge of IC Polices, Practices, Processes and ProceduresIC Business Operating ModelExpressed and implied ethical responsibilitiesTeam workCustomer Service orientatedAttention to detailTelephone etiquetteTarget drivenReady to embark on a rewarding career journey?
