Duties and Responsibilities: - Exceed customer expectations through effective selling techniques. - Implement stock loss control measures within the store. - Consistently achieve individual sales targets. - Identify and capitalize on opportunities to enhance sales performance. - Maintain store housekeeping and uphold visual merchandising standards to boost sales. - Create an engaging and enjoyable shopping environment. - Process all purchases accurately, verifying and handling payments including cash, cards, vouchers, and coupons. - Ensure all outgoing stock, items, and scripts are scanned and accounted for. - Manage all loyalty card transactions, including those of accelerated partners. - Foster professional relationships and provide friendly, helpful, and courteous assistance to customers. - Report customer compliments and complaints to management. - Address and resolve all customer stock inquiries.
