Duties & Responsibilities

• Construct intricate mechatronic modules and systems in a stringent cleanroom setting, adhering to stringent quality standards - Utilize technical drawings and production documentation to fabricate mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic sub-assemblies - Conduct precision measurements and inspections utilizing micrometers, calipers, and dial gauges - Document all quality data and proactively identify and report deviations - Comply with stringent cleanroom gowning and contamination control protocols - Work rotating shifts, including both mornings and evenings, with flexibility for overtime - Participate in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives

Experience & Qualifications

• Technical trade qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Diesel Mechanics, Automotive Technology, or equivalent (N4–N6 National Diploma, Red Seal Trade Certificate, or similar) or Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) credentials - Hands-on experience assembling or disassembling complex mechanical systems, especially engine rebuilds - Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings - Background in a regulated manufacturing environment (automotive OEM, aviation MRO, marine, pharmaceutical, or similar) - Strong attention to detail and a collaborative team-oriented attitude - Willingness to relocate to The Netherlands
