We are currently recruiting for a leading high-tech manufacturing firm located in Almelo, Netherlands, specializing in precision mechatronic components for the semiconductor, medical, and aerospace sectors. This permanent, 5-shift position includes a competitive salary package, shift allowance, full relocation support, and Dutch language training.
Duties & Responsibilities - Operate advanced 3D Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to gauge complex, high-precision components - Conduct First Article Inspections (FAI) for new and modified products - Collect, process, and log measurement data within quality systems - Analyze and interpret measurement outcomes, providing recommendations for quality enhancements to engineers - Identify deviations and assist in implementing corrective actions and process improvements - Ensure thorough documentation and traceability of all inspection results - Work in controlled measurement rooms and/or cleanroom environments
Experience & Qualifications - Practical experience operating CMM (Calypso, Camio, PC-DMIS, Polyworks or similar) - Ability to read and understand technical drawings and GD&T - Certification in a related field or equivalent trade background (toolmaker, fitter & turner preferred) - Experience in a precision or high-tech manufacturing setting - Proficiency in Afrikaans is mandatory - Valid passport and willingness to relocate to the Netherlands
