RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE: - Evaluating customer operations to identify business process improvement opportunities - Identifying product capability gaps and finding solutions through partnerships and product enhancements - Recommending the most suitable company products to meet business requirements - Responding to product and technical inquiries - Demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of company products, features, and benefits - Identifying and cultivating potential new clients within designated regions - Traveling to visit potential clients - Developing and sustaining long-term customer relationships - Interpreting and managing customer requirements, liaising to understand and meet client needs - Persuading clients that our products or services best meet their needs in terms of quality, price, and delivery - Calculating client quotations - Negotiating tender and contract terms to meet both client and company needs - Closing sales by agreeing on terms and conditions - Offering after-sales support services - Administering client accounts - Analyzing costs and sales - Recording and maintaining client contact data - Coordinating sales projects - Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences, and other events - Making technical presentations to demonstrate how our products meet client needs - Collaborating with sales team members and technical experts - Solving client problems
