An established FMCG Company in Cape Town is currently seeking an accomplished Engineering Manager to oversee and direct their Engineering Department. The ideal candidate will be tasked with the effective and efficient management of the Engineering department, ensuring minimal downtime for all plant equipment, machinery, and utilities. The role entails ensuring adherence to all procedures and processes while meeting all established targets. Additionally, the Engineering Manager will be responsible for managing the department's annual budget and driving continuous improvements in equipment efficiency, cost-saving initiatives, risk mitigation, asset maintenance, and overall operational excellence.
Requirements: - Minimum Degree in Engineering field. - 5 Years of relevant Engineering experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial capacity. - Government Certificate of Competency (GCC)
