Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations across all departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B) to ensure consistency and efficiency. Financial Performance: Develop and manage budgets, control costs, and analyze P&L statements to increase profitability. Quality Assurance: Maintain brand standards, compliance with health/safety regulations, and implement best practices across all properties. Team Leadership: Mentor, lead, and evaluate performance of General Managers and staff, driving employee engagement. Guest Experience: Drive high-quality customer service, monitor feedback, and resolve escalated guest issues. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with head office to support corporate objectives and drive company growth. Development and maintaining exceptional Food & Beverage standards across all restaurants, bars, lounges, banqueting, and room service operations. Ensure Company Compliance  with food safety, health, labour, and liquor licensing regulations as well as other business licensing. Requirements and Qualifications Experience: 3–7+ years in senior operations or general management within the hospitality industry. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Skills: Strong financial acumen (budgeting, forecasting), proficiency in PMS (Property Management Systems), strong F&B knowledge, and strong leadership skills. Competencies: Excellent communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure. Additional Requirements Ability to travel frequently to different locations. Willing to work weekends if and when needed. Sound knowledge of local labour legislation and health/safety standards. Strong proficiency in MS Office suite.
