Key Responsibilities

To ensure seamless guest experiences, the Luxury Reservations Coordinator will communicate effectively with the front office, sales, and other relevant departments. Additionally, they will handle guest requests and special arrangements with professionalism and efficiency. Accurate reservation records and up-to-date guest information will be maintained through the booking system.
