POSITION OVERVIEW
Unlike traditional bar roles, our bartenders focus on crafting an exceptional and unforgettable experience for our guests. While they have mastered the basics of drink preparation, they continuously seek out new trends, local specialties, and the evolving preferences of our patrons. These bartenders are more than just beverage experts; they are also the hosts of our establishment. Their responsibilities extend beyond the bar, encompassing broader guest service duties. They will leverage their expertise to ensure the bar operates seamlessly, while fostering relationships with hotel staff and community members to meet and exceed our guests’ expectations. A passion for guest service and a keen eye for detail are essential, covering everything from handling finances to the quality of the drinks served. Success in this role hinges on several key factors: fostering a safe work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures, safeguarding company assets, maintaining confidentiality, and presenting a professional uniform and personal appearance. Bartenders will be required to stand, sit, or walk for long periods and engage in various physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects up to 25 pounds. They must also reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Performing these tasks proficiently (and fulfilling any other reasonable job requests) is crucial for delivering an outstanding experience for both our guests and our business.

EDUCATION
• High school diploma or G. E. D. equivalent.
RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE
• Minimum of 1 year in a related work experience setting.
