As a Spa Hostess, you will be responsible for creating a memorable and luxurious experience for our discerning guests. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing a warm and welcoming first impression, setting the tone for an exceptional spa experience * Efficiently managing guest arrivals, departures, and spa bookings, ensuring seamless interactions * Delivering personalized service, providing guests with comprehensive information on spa treatments, facilities, and services * Collaborating with therapists and other departments to ensure a seamless and enjoyable guest experience * Maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness within the reception and spa areas * Processing payments, handling basic administrative duties, and responding to guest enquiries and requests in a prompt and professional manner * Ensuring guests feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout their visit * Upholding the luxury standards and service expectations of our property at all times
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
- Previous experience in a spa, luxury hotel, lodge, or high-end hospitality environment (advantageous) * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues * A warm, friendly, and professional personality, with a strong focus on creating memorable guest experiences * Strong organizational and administrative abilities, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively * The ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays * A genuine passion for hospitality and a strong understanding of luxury guest service * A well-presented individual with excellent presentation skills, embodying the luxury standards of our property
