BRIEF DESCRIPTION:-

The Head of Department - BUCO Hazyview is responsible for managing customer interactions, maintaining stock levels, and preparing status reports. Key duties include conducting surveys, addressing customer inquiries, setting sales goals, and coordinating with dispatch. Essential requirements include a Matric/Grade 12 qualification, 5 years of sales experience, and 6 months of Kerridge experience.

Description

Manage customer interactions, maintain stock levels, and prepare status reports. Conduct surveys on new products and follow up on quotations. Address customer inquiries and ensure high-quality service. Identify customer needs and establish monthly targets. Organize sales meetings and set annual budget and sales goals. Provide quotes for non-stock items and place requisitions/buy-outs. Generate invoices and set credit limits. Coordinate with dispatch and enhance team performance. Schedule staff and enforce discipline. Uphold and promote the company’s values and culture.

Requirements

Hold a Matric/Grade 12 qualification. Possess 5 years of sales experience and 6 months of Kerridge experience. A relevant tertiary qualification is advantageous. Familiarity with the general building materials sales environment is beneficial.
